Data Protection

Our company uses all personal data in accordance with the regulations of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO). For further details refer to the data protection policies on our website http://www.kukm.de/datenschutz-2/.

​In order to register the participants for the above congress, we need to process their personal data.  This is done for the purpose of organizing and running the event and requires your consent and/or the consent of the participant(s) you sign up for, in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1. S. 1 lit. a, b, f DSGVO. The data will only be passed on to third parties who are directly involved in the congress process and/or in cases where the organizational process requires so.

​We ask you for your understanding that a registration for the above congress is not possible without your consent or the consent of the participant(s) you sign up for.

All attendees declare their consent that all the information made by them to their person within the handling of the above-mentioned congress is filed, saved, processed and the demands made above can correspondingly be passed onto a third party.

Terms and Conditions

The fees for participating in the scientific program are charged in the name and on account of the Deutsche Krebsgesellschaft (DKG). In accordance with § 4/22a of the German sales tax act the above fees are tax exempt. The tax ID of the DKG is 27/640/57920.

*The fees for the social get-together and the handling fees (incl. 19% VAT) are charged in the name and on account of Kongress- und Kulturmanagement GmbH (KUKM). The tax ID of KUKM is DE158265638.

Once you have sent the completed registration form, your registration is binding. Further information on prices and deadlines can be found on www.aek-congress.org. Reduced fees can only be applied after an adequate certification has been presented to KUKM. This can be submitted via upload during registration, via fax +49 3643 2468-31, via e-mail to claudia.holzweiszig@kukm.de or via mail to KUKM GmbH, P.O. Box 36 64, 99407 Weimar.

All attendees from Germany, Austria and Switzerland who have completed their registration until February 8th, 2019, will receive their personal congress documents via post mail to the provided address. Attendees from other countries and those, who register after February 8th, 2019, receive their congress documents at the check-in desk on-site in Heidelberg.

Amendments and cancellations must be made in writing. In case of cancellation or non-participation, attendance fees will not be refunded. If you want to change your booking or in case of return debit please note that processing fee of 30 EUR will be charged. All handling fees are charged on behalf of Kongress- und Kulturmanagement GmbH.

By registering, the participant agrees that he/she will not make any claims against the host if the conference in consequence of political, commercial or natural forces will be cancelled or altered in its program. Neither the host nor Kongress- und Kulturmanagement GmbH can be made liable for lost items, accidents or damages to persons and things, whatever the cause. Participants (and the person accompanying) to the conference and the social events attend at their own risk and responsibility.
